If an exhibitor tests positive for Covid-19, or has been deemed ineligible as a result of close contact per UIL protocols, the exhibitor may utilize a substitute show person. The substitute show person must be a 2021 Uvalde County Junior Livestock Show 4-H or FFA Exhibitor and not a member of the immediate family of the exhibitor for whom tested positive. In addition, in order to have a substitute show person, a Substitution Form is required and must be submitted to the appropriate species superintendent according to UCJLS Substitution Rules. A Substitution Form may be found at UCJLS.org. In addition, unfortunately, we are unable to allow the parents to participate as well due to the exhibitors in the household being in quarantine.
